A Taste of History, Poured in Hamilton.
Before Prohibition changed the landscape of American brewing, the neighborhood saloon was the heart of the community. At Rossville Pizza Company, we’re bringing that heritage back to 233 South B Street.
Our house Pre-Prohibition Lager is a tribute to the German immigrant brewers who defined the American palate in the late 1800s. Crafted with heritage barley and a touch of corn, this lager pours a brilliant, bright gold with a sturdy white head. It’s a beer with a bit more "backbone" than your average light lager—offering a subtle grain sweetness perfectly balanced by a smooth, rustic hop bitterness.
Clean, refreshing, and deeply sessionable, it’s designed to be the ultimate companion to a legendary slice. Walk through the historic arches and grab a cold one where history meets the oven.
